Solo traveler looking for cleanliness
The room had a good size TV with Netflix, and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I also had a great experience with the laundry service, the lady did a good job washing and ironing my clothes at an affordable price.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

I booked the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony, and I loved the spaciousness and clean design. The mini fridge was a nice addition for keeping drinks cool. Having a flat-screen TV with Netflix made my downtime enjoyable. The lack of an elevator also became a hassle, as I had to climb stairs to the fifth floor, which isn't great for anyone with mobility concerns. The staff were friendly, but they could improve on attention to detail regarding room tidiness. Overall, while the location was convenient for exploring the city, the noise and elevator situation really detracted from the stay.

Our stay was great! We loved the Queen Room with Garden View. Such a chill place after visiting the War Museum and Ben Thanh Market. The staff were super helpful and the location made it easy to get around. Just a heads up, there might be some noise from the street, so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Noisy street outside.

Friendly and accommodating staff.
My stay was unfortunately marred by excessive noise. The lack of sound isolation made it virtually impossible to sleep, with street noise and evening karaoke echoing through the halls. Additionally, I discovered rodent droppings in my room, which was quite disturbing. Despite having a nice design, the room's windows let in both the noise and the elements, making my experience very uncomfortable.

The boutique hotel had a clean room and a great vibe with friendly staff, although the initial reception lacked warmth, and I encountered cold showers. Noise from the first floor was disruptive at night, but the laundry service was excellent, making my stay somewhat enjoyable.
